The Eye Institute of West Florida was founded by Stephen Weinstock, MD in 1974. For more than forty years, our practice has been providing excellence in eye care in a warm, personal environment, combined with a tradition of service and devotion to our patients. Our team of board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologists includes experts in each major category of ophthalmology: Cataracts, LASIK, Retina-Vitreous, Glaucoma, Cornea, Dry Eye Disease, and Oculoplastic Surgery, such as eyelid lifts.  Our physicians travel to four different offices throughout the Tampa Bay area (Tampa, Largo, Clearwater and St. Petersburg), ensuring a convenient location for each patient.
