Emilia D'Anzica, CCO, Corporate Trainer & Coach

Emilia is an ICF-trained executive coach, speaker, MBA educator, and former Silicon Valley Chief Customer Officer. She helps leaders get off autopilot and lead with clarity, blending leadership psychology, customer experience strategy, and practical operating systems.

She has seen what happens when startups shift from customer-obsessed teams into siloed organizations that lose touch with the people who matter most. Her lesson from 20-plus years scaling Silicon Valley companies: you can grow without losing what made you successful.

As an executive leader at Chorus, Givelify, Jobvite, WalkMe, BrightEdge, and Copper, Emilia built and sold two consultancies in five years. She now teaches founders and executives how to scale, build systems that hold up under pressure, and lead with clarity rather than chaos.
