The Energy Files

What if there is more happening around us - and within us - than we can see?

In The Energy Files, Heather of the Forest, a Nature-Based Wellness Center in Cambridge, and Stephanie of Stopping to Smell the Flowers, a Healing and Resource Centre in Thamesford, bring science and spirit together in an exploration of energy, healing, emotion and connection to the unseen elements that shape our lives.

Energy is both physical and non-physical, and it links us to ourselves, to one another, to the Earth and even to something greater. Join them as they delve into the energy that surrounds us, and learn how opening the door to your intuition becomes the gateway to greater joy, peace and purpose.

You can also connect with Heather and Stephanie in their spaces for in-person group and individual sessions, where they each offer their own unique approaches to healing and connection.
