This channel is all about us reflecting on and developing our cycling and working together to build a 'positive road culture'. We can achieve this if we RIDE SMART (ride as well as we can), SHARE THE JOURNEY (share our experiences) and BUILD A COMMUNITY (build a community of good cycling practice). I work as a cycling instructor and quality consultant in the cycle training industry, and write guidance and resources for The Bikeability Trust in England. I am fascinated by what it means to ride well, and strategies for building confidence when cycling on the road. It's my mission to support and empower as many people as possible to enjoy the amazing benefits that cycling has to offer!
