Author.  Speaker. Mental Health in the Workplace is my jam. Irish 🇮🇪 grew up in Long Island, NY. I got sober when I was 21 and celebrated my 30th sober anniversary on 8/11/24. I moved to Tampa Bay Florida alone 20 years ago and met my wonderful husband on match.com and we will celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary on 10/10/24❤️. I am self employed as a COACHultant for the last 10 years.  There was a day when I ONLY consulted for physicians and have evolved to   integrate BUSINESS and LIFE coaching for ALL those called to work with me.  I love life today but once suffered terribly from depression as a young adult.  I am an avid bike rider and love all things health, wellness, real talk, and gratitude. I am a CHEERLEADER for WOMEN and the men who support us.
