Katherine Dittmann, MA, MS, RD is a nutrition therapist, philosophical practitioner, and certified mindful self-compassion teacher helping people overcome food and body image difficulties and the damaging effects of diet culture. She uses a compassion-centered, food positive, weight-neutral approach to help her clients learn to trust their bodies, eat with more ease, and start treating themselves like they matter.
