Shelley's Master’s research focused on "Leading with Social Wealth: How Relational Investment Shapes the Social Well-Being of Remote and Hybrid People Leaders in Canada", published with a financial services firm and supported by a Mitacs Accelerate Grant. 

With 20 years of international business and communications leadership, Shelley now helps remote and hybrid people leaders feel more socially wealthy, and empowered with the know-how to create socially healthy teams.
