The Comfort Lie

You know exactly what you should do. You have known for years. And you are still not doing it.

This channel is not about discipline, systems, or morning routines. It is about the thing underneath them — the quiet, sensible, entirely convincing reason your brain hands you every time you get close to the thing that matters. The reason is real. That is what makes it work.

The reason is just the outfit.

New essays every other week. No advice from the other side of the mountain — this is written from inside it.
