Drummer turned ambient composer, 56 years old and delving into the world of electronic ambient music. 

This channel follows Colin's musical exploration as well as his creative journey from renovating a mansion house in South West France into a creative residency to whatever comes next...

Colin advocates spending time learning musical instruments and tech as both a mental wellbeing tool as well as encouraging time for play.

Jan 2025 saw him move on to Ableton Live and he now composes much of his work on this platform using real instruments as well as virtual ones.

Having played drums since the age of 10 in the school pipe band, he has drummed in many indie bands over the years... The Twist, Ghost Train, Tonight at Noon, Vodka & Ten Storeys High.

He now lives in South West France where he writes indie ambient music and hosts creative residencies and music collaborations with visiting musicians from all over the globe.
