Building Ground | with Redjino Mompremier

The methodical work of building forward, for educated immigrants navigating the second journey of professional, financial, and personal integration.
I am Redjino Mompremier, an agricultural scientist and Professional Agrologist who carried his work and his life across three countries: Haiti, where I trained; the United States, where I earned my Master's; and Canada, where I now live and work. I am also a working crop modeler and a candidate for Professional Engineer of Ontario. Outside my work, I am a quiet student of nature and mathematics, and a believer in the patience required to build anything that lasts.
Building Ground is where I teach what no one taught me: the methodical disciplines of professional integration, the financial literacy newcomers are rarely given, and the patient construction of a second journey.
