My name is Jon and on my channel you will find videos of races i take part in, my experiences with training and my recommendations of places you can take to the trails and enjoy running.

I started running four and a half years ago to try to become a fitter and healthier person and dad to my three children.

I do most of my training on or around the Brampton Valley Way, which is a 13 mile disused railway line between Market Harborough in Leicestershire and Northampton in Northamptonshire, UK.
