I burned out at 33. Then a severe herniated disc made sure I couldn't ignore my body anymore.

I'd spent years living in my head: performing, pushing through... What got me back wasn't meditation. And it certainly wasn't a retreat with women I didn't know. It was movement. Dance, surfing, pilates, somatic practices. Things I'd have rolled my eyes at three years earlier.

This channel is for women who feel like they succeeded in life but not at life. Women who've already hit the wall: burnout, chronic pain, feeling that everything works on paper but nothing works inside. Women who've tried things and none of it stuck, mostly because it didn't make sense to them.

I'm not a therapist. I'm a woman who figured out that you can't think your way back into your body. But you can move your way there, if someone explains why it works first.
