The Blend Compadres

The Blend Compadres is a team of two talented DJs, DJ Fred Da Great and DJ Rukiz from Providence Rhode Island. The specialize in unrehearsed sets.  DJ Fred da Great is known for his expertise in turntablism and his dedication to making every mix perfect. On the other hand, DJ Rukiz is more of a spontaneous entertainer who thinks outside the box and creates unique blends and mashups. Together, they make an excellent team that offers a one-of-a-kind experience to their audiences.
In addition to their DJ work, DJ Rukiz is the owner of The Juice 899 and MFJ Media, and a believer in black media and equality for all. The Blend Compadres have been known to perform with four turntables and create blends that are always crowd-pleasers. They have performed at various events and venues, where they offered a live mixtape experience.
