The Art of Healing With Anesa

Welcome to my channel! My name is Anesa, and I have over 7 years of experience learning about, practicing, and teaching natural detoxification as a healing modality. Personally, detoxification has helped me reclaim my health after years of suffering with chronic eczema and other health issues. It has been the main healing modality (along with emotional, trauma-based, and nervous system work) that has helped me and others heal conditions that the medical system deemed “incurable.”

Since healing my eczema naturally over 8 years ago, I got certified in body detoxification and started helping individuals heal through diet, herbs, and other natural techniques. Detoxification simply means healing! It is a dual process of purging waste out of the body and energizing it so that it can ignite its natural healing capabilities.
