Genz/millennials - Learning to meditate should be your only intention for now. Don’t skip the groundwork as the shadow work involved is MANDATORY. As you grow, you’ll find books or channels that mirror what you found authentically on your own. THAT is the irrefutable validation of your internal compass without outside influence.
