The American Pediatric Association suggests parent training to be the most effective treatment for children wiith ADHD. What this tells us, is that generally speaking, whether you are a parent, educator, caregiver, spouse or individual with ADHD, the most effective appraoch toward ADHD is UNDERSTANDING ADHD!! And here at the ADHD Training Center, we agree. As the founder of ADHDTC, and mother and spouse of my ADHD gang, I am so passionate about educating people about the what, the why, and the how to for everything ADHD. Information is power.
