I realized there’s a major gap in real, science-based training information for cyclists over 60 — riders who train hard, care about their health, and deserve guidance built for their physiology. The 2nd Wind Project is my personal commitment to creating a dedicated space for 60+ cyclists who want to ride strong, stay healthy, and keep improving for decades.,
