Lore: Alan is a huge Sonic fan and has wanted to meet him ever since he was a kid, when he found out that there was a ritual to bring fictinal characters into our reality he just had to try it with Sonic, which would go horribly wrong unleash a dangerous infection into the world. After the ritual, he believes that the ritual worked, just to discover that it which leads to him being the first one to get infected by 2011x.
