Welcome to Tea with a Splash of Therapy, LLC! I'm so glad that you stopped by. 

My name is Erica and I am a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, certified 200-HR yoga teacher (soon to be certified in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method), Level 1 Brain Spotting Practitioner, and Certified ADHD Clinical Provider. I am also currently completing my certification for sex therapy and an avid tea drinker! Not only do I love drinking tea, but the TEA in Tea with A Splash of Therapy represents the structure that I provide in the therapeutic space:

On this channel, I will be discussing mental health related topics provided with researched based information, tools and strategies to help viewers in their everyday lives...while indulging in that cup of tea!
