Tasha Rose Counselling Therapies UK

I'm a qualified integrative therapist. This means I offer a versatile range of therapies that can be tailored to your needs. I provide a free consultation to help us determine if we are a good match for therapy. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions, and for me to explain what I can offer and how the process works.

I have relied on the approaches I now offer, during some of the most challenging chapters of my life. I know firsthand how devastating certain life events can be and how much it takes to peel yourself back up from the cold hard ground.

The symptoms you are experiencing have not occurred for no reason. They are messages - signals - from your mind and body to address something. An internal alarm system if you will! It is my hope that my approach to therapy offers you a space to acknowledge, understand and address your signals, and to go onto living a fulfilling life, without the constant spirals.
