Silent Power | Tao & Kabbalah

Two ancient maps. One silence.

I'm Yod Mem, a Kabbalist and poet from Jerusalem. In recent years I found the Tao Te Ching, and I keep finding the same doorway in both: the Ayin of the Kabbalists and the Wu of Laozi. The Nothing everything comes from.

This channel is about words and what stands behind them. The Kabbalists taught that every word is a gate, a key woven into reality. Laozi warned that the name that can be named is not the eternal name. Through both lenses we look again at ordinary things (water, a stone, the word "I") and ask what they really are.

• Tao Te Ching, chapter by chapter, in daily shorts
• Gates of Light: long journeys where Laozi meets the Kabbalists
• The Dictionary of Reality: one Hebrew word at a time

Not a claim that the traditions are the same. A way of looking through both.
