Moving to Northwest Florida | Tanya Rivera

Moving to Crestview, FL or the Eglin corridor? This channel is the inside look — neighborhoods, schools, real commute times to base, new construction, market updates, and the honest pros and cons nobody puts in a listing.
I’m Tanya Rivera, Realtor® with The Property Group 850, Inc. I grew up in Crestview and have sold 300+ homes here since 2015. About 90% of my buyers use VA loans, and I hold the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation — so if you have orders to Eglin AFB, Duke Field or Hurlburt Field, you’re in the right place.
I also serve Niceville, Baker, Laurel Hill, Navarre and Fort Walton Beach.
New videos for PCS buyers and local sellers. Subscribe if Crestview might be your next duty station.
