Positivi-TEA with Tamika Catchings

Tamika is the co-founder of the Catch the Stars Foundation, which has empowered thousands of youth through fitness, literacy, and leadership programming since 2004. In 2015, she became the inaugural recipient of the ESPN Humanitarian Award, honoring her commitment to service beyond the court.

After retirement, she continued her leadership journey as Director of Player Programs and Franchise Development for Pacers Sports & Entertainment, supporting the Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, and Fort Wayne Mad Ants. Then she served as Vice President of Basketball Operations & General Manager for the Indiana Fever before stepping down in 2022.

She is the proud owner of Tea’s Me Café in Indianapolis, a motivational speaker, a global ambassador for the NBA and WNBA, an ESPN SEC Women’s Basketball Analyst, and serves on the Indianapolis Airport Authority and Merchants Bank of Indiana Board. And now add in “Positivi-tea with Tamika.”
