Tamea’s Journey

Welcome to Tamea’s Journey,

Hi,

I’m Tamea, a 40-something, wife, mom of 4, and a full time professional on a mission to live life with intention. After letting go of the “right-time” mind-set, I’ve decided to take the leap and share my journey to becoming the best version of myself.

On this channel you’ll find content centered around family, fitness, food and self-care, with authenticity, as I navigate this beautiful ( and sometimes chaotic) life.

Join me as I figure it all out, one step at a time. Let’s grow, laugh and learn together!
