Tales from the Farside of Thailand

In 2000 DJ Farside (Timeline Events) first went to Phuket, Thailand with a friend. He wasn't that impressed. In 2004 he bought a round the world ticket, Thailand was the first stop, again wasn't impressed (with Bangkok) as it was very dirty and smelly at that time, he was looking forward to going to the Philippines next, then many other countries, including Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Hawaii, but, he never left Thailand! During the last week a Bangkok taxi driver asked him if he had gone to Pattaya yet, he told him no and the driver said he would take him for fuel money and find him a hotel. Farside then stopped the whole year, he was there during the boxing day 2004 Tsunami, he had planned on driving down to Phuket with a friend but his friends car broke down, how lucky!
