Tai Chi Elements

Tai Chi Elements is a digital T'ai Chi class with motion captured animations of experienced teachers to guide your progress.

Using motion capture we have reproduced the T'ai Chi forms within the 3D environment, giving you the ability to zoom and rotate the camera and speed up or slow down the moves to get more detail. The models can be followed by looping a particular sequence. It's ideal for people who want to train at home or can't make it to a class locally.
