TSEAURA

Firstly, welcome to my channel

Secondly, ask yourself this: Will I still be doing calisthenics when no one is watching me?

That hits, right?

Let’s be real — a lot of people start calisthenics for attention, for reactions, or to impress others. There’s nothing wrong with that.

But this channel is about going beyond that. Discipline. Consistency. Real progress.

I’m documenting my journey, especially my planche progression, and sharing it honestly.

If you want to stop chasing attention and start building real strength — you’re in the right place.

Watch my transformation, start your own, and let’s grow together.

Be honest with yourself. You already know the answer.
