TOWER WELLNESS

At Tower Wellness, we believe movement should feel intentional, supportive and empowering. Our approach to Pilates is rooted in mindful movement, helping you build strength, improve mobility and reconnect with your body in a calm, welcoming space.

Tower Pilates is a form of equipment-based Pilates that uses a vertical frame fitted with springs, bars and straps to create both resistance and support during movement. The Tower offers a unique combination of strength, stretch and stability work. Because the equipment supports the body while also challenging it, Tower Pilates is suitable for beginners, experienced movers, rehabilitation clients and anyone looking for a low-impact but highly effective workout.

Whether you have your own Pilates Tower at home or you’re an instructor looking for fresh ideas, my videos are designed to support and inspire your practice.
