TKR Warrior with Chrissy

Welcome to TKR Warrior™ — knee replacement recovery from the patient experience.

I’m Chrissy Weathersby Ball. After three knee replacement recoveries at 48, including revision TKR, arthrofibrosis, repeated stiffness, MUA and scar-tissue removal, recovery became something I started documenting, tracking and studying.

As a former college athlete, Hollywood stuntwoman and E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, a lifetime of movement shapes how I approach recovery.

Here I share how I’ve worked through challenges to regain my knee bend, rebuild strength and confidence, and keep moving toward the life I want back—along with the setbacks and daily wins.

Expect real conversations about knee bending, stiffness, range of motion, swelling, strength, mobility, TKR recovery and returning to life, plus insights from surgeons, PTs, patients, and other professionals.

Lived patient experience, not medical advice.
