THE WORDS - Hypnotic Affirmations

Welcome to THE WORDS – Hypnotic Affirmations, your sanctuary for powerful inner transformation.

I’m Renia Pruchnicki, a clinical hypnotist and NLP practitioner based in Canada. I create immersive affirmation experiences designed to help you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, ease physical tension, manage pain, and strengthen your identity and mindset.

Whether you’re seeking deeper sleep, emotional balance, healing, abundance, or renewed confidence, these carefully crafted words support lasting positive change.

Play these videos in the background while you cook, clean, stretch, rest, or prepare for sleep, and let your environment be filled with empowering language and calming visuals.

Words shape identity. Identity shapes reality.

If you have suggestions for future affirmation themes, I would love to hear them. Leave you suggestion in the comments section of any video. Subscribe for weekly uploads.

Enjoy THE WORD. May these videos help to elevate you in a positive way:)
