THE ACTA PROJECTS

We’re Luigi and Stacey, two chefs, one shared vision, and a constant desire to push food beyond the ordinary.

Welcome to THE ACTA PROJECT — where ideas become food.

We’re taking our culinary journey beyond the kitchen, sharing our life as private chefs, exploring global cuisines, experimenting with ingredients, developing original recipes, and challenging conventions.

Join us as we cook in private villas, discover local producers, visit vineyards, meet the people behind exceptional products, and collaborate with companies through interviews, stories, and cooking experiences at their locations.

From modern cuisine and international flavors to pastry, culinary experiments, and unexpected combinations, this is our space to create without borders and share the process along the way.

No unnecessary rules. No limits to curiosity. Just two chefs, one project, and an endless appetite for what’s next.

This isn’t just about food. It’s about the people, places, and ideas behind it.
