Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund

The Trans-Caspian Enterprise Fund (TCEF) is a non-profit investment fund, established by a grant from the United States Government, committed to private sector development across the South Caucasus and Central Asian region. It will invest across seven sectors supporting growth along the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP), as well as the broader Trans-Caspian Trade Route. TCEF is the first enterprise fund to be introduced in 15 years, following a long history of successful U.S.-backed enterprise funds that have mobilized capital and supported economic growth in strategically important regions since 1989.
