Title IV, Part A, Capacity Building Initiative

Our mission is to provide training, resources, guidance, knowledge, and capacity under Title IV, Part A. These resources are provided to Education Service Centers who will deliver to school district in their regions. Knowledge of State Mandates provides ESCs and LEAs the information needed to avoid supplanting with T4PA funds. ESCs can access additional information and resources by using the website menu.
