Synchronicity Foundation

Our purpose is to assist and educate people in the principles and practices that support Holistic Awareness, a Holistic Lifestyle and Conscious Living, making it approachable, accessible and useful.

Using contemporary technologies, diagnostics and integrative protocols, we address the individual as a complete whole: physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual. With a comprehensive focus upon balancing every aspect of life, we provide the tools, methods and means to create and maintain balance which delivers Wholeness, the principle practice of which is meditation.

The intention of our YouTube channel is to provide education, guidance and coaching, along with meditations, to adults who have found that the stresses of a rushed modern life need to be balanced in order to achieve reduced stress, satisfaction, and the overall sense of well-being that comes with Wholeness.

Through balance... wholeness. In wholeness... fulfillment.
