The Sylvan Waters Duo

The Sylvan Waters Duo performs music originally written for harp and double bass (some we've commissioned), as well as transcriptions of works both old and new. Dr. Tula Ruggiero (harp), and Raymond Irving (double bass) enjoy collaborating with fresh young composers, as well as taking on the masterworks from every era.
