We are a leading asset management company specializing in the funding, development, and operation of solar PV and battery storage plants. SPS is a portfolio company of Gridworks, part of British International Investment (BII), the United Kingdom’s development finance institution, and NewGX, owned by South African entrepreneur Khudusela Pitje. 

With the funding provided by our shareholders, we are able to offer tailored finance solutions to businesses and partner with developers & EPC partners across the region. 

Our team is proactively driving renewable energy initiatives within the C&I sector, with over 150 MWp of solar and 40 MWh of battery storage projects installed to date.
