Susannah Saunders Hypnotherapy

Welcome. I’m Susannah Saunders, a clinical hypnotherapist in London, founder of the City Hypnotherapy Centre since 2003.

On this channel, I share clear, practical information about hypnotherapy, anxiety, habits and behaviour change. My videos explain how hypnotherapy works, what happens during a session, what it can and cannot do, and what to consider when choosing a hypnotherapist. I also share real client testimonials with their permission.

My aim is to make hypnotherapy easier to understand, offer a balanced professional perspective and help people make informed decisions about their wellbeing.

You can learn more about me and my work through the website linked on this channel.

These videos provide general educational information. They are not personal medical or psychological advice and do not replace support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
