Paivi Grogan | Sunny Grove Wellness

How do you eat well and take care of yourself in midlife when there’s already so much going on?

I’m Paivi Grogan, a Nutrition Therapist Master, Certified Health Coach, and founder of Sunny Grove Wellness.

Here we talk about nutrition, changing hormones, brain health, energy, sleep and stress. I explain the science in everyday language and explore what it means for the food you eat, the habits you build and the life you actually have.

You’ll find practical food ideas, deeper conversations and moments from my own kitchen, garden and midlife experience. There’s room to learn something useful and have a little fun along the way.

I’m also the author of The Clear Head Plan: A Nutrition & Lifestyle Guide for Women in Perimenopause & Beyond.
