Suhan - Assisted Living & Real Estate Investing

I spent nearly a decade on Wall Street as an investment banker, working on more than $20 billion in healthcare and industrial deals. Then I left to become a principal.

Today I'm the Principal and CIO of Junaid Ventures, where I invest in and build real estate and assisted living businesses.

On this channel I share what I've learned along the way: how to underwrite deals, create value through operations, and why I think senior housing is one of the most compelling opportunities in real estate.
