Strong & Soft with Jess

Hi. Glad you stopped by!
My name is Jess.
To be honest, there is a lot about me that I could ramble on and on about...but, I think the most important thing I would like to share is how life tried to knock me down so many times and yet, somehow, I am still here.

I had a spinal fusion at a young age due to scoliosis, complications from it, and never thought I would be strong again. Until one day something switched in my brain and I started showing not only the world, but myself that we can all do hard things without hardening our hearts.

That's where Strong and Soft with Jess comes from. A body and mind that has seen the darkness and still soft enough to love sunsets and sun rises, animals, people, and moving her body.

Stay around and watch me share my life with you!
And if you too have scoliosis or a spinal fusion, TWINZEES! *high five* :)
