Hi all, I'm Eimear (ee-mer) and welcome to my channel. 

I started taking steps towards prepping and growing my own produce in 2020, and moved to the English countryside a year later. 

I have lots of interests (which are mostly connected), including: growing veg from seed, preserving food, food storage, emergency preparedness / prepping, frugal living, off-grid cooking, homemaking, zero/low waste, simple and slow living, strength training,, and financial freedom.
