Strength Empire Gym | Justin Blatnik

Highland Games, strength training, and building power—with professional Highland Games athlete and Strength Empire Gym owner Justin Blatnik.

Follow my training and competitions, learn throwing technique, and get practical answers to your questions about lifting and athletic performance. Expect training breakdowns, competition footage, tutorials, and lessons from my own experience under the bar and on the field.

Old-school hard work. An educated approach.
