Steven Manos (Coutoumanos)

I started my real estate career in 1994, as a housing consultant, where I learned that serving other people pays huge dividends. I won numerous awards not only for high sales production but also for helping new consultants and agents. From listening to my customer’s needs, helping them choose the right floor plan, the colors and the amenities for their new home, to the processes of obtaining city or county permits, providing lists of contractors and obtaining soil percolation tests, land surveys, inspections and assisting with obtaining loan approval and working through check lists of required documentations, I developed into a professional housing consultant and managed a sales office. In this role my experience as a housing consultant really paid off in many areas. Most notedly, in helping protect my client’s interest by performing thorough due diligence as well as honest, transparent and clear communication. Which helps the transaction go much better at the closing table.
