I'm Steve Gardiner, a psychotherapist with an unconventional journey from battlefield to therapy room. Once a medic in the Rhodesian Army, I was left with severe PTSD.  I struggled with anger, nightmares, and anxiety despite trying many therapies.
My life changed when I attended a talk by Judith Richards about TRTP™. The blend of neuroscience and dynamic re-imagining techniques was music to my science-loving ears. Determined, I convinced Judith to teach me TRTP™, becoming her first student.
During my initial training, I experienced TRTP™ firsthand. Before TRTP™, watching "Saving Private Ryan" was triggering. After 3 sessions, I watched it without distress. The first time in years, I slept peacefully, everyday noises no longer caused panic. 
Now Senior Trainer, I teach new practitioners TRTP™, I combine my expertise with compassion ensuring clients feel safe and understood. TRTP helps people overcome stress, anxiety, and depression, guiding them to reclaim their lives and find peace.
