Stem & the Dead Smokers are a Hard Rock Band From Southern California Hailing Form the Inland Empire. Stem/Jeff Karr is the Bands Frontman & Rhythm Guitar Player;as well as Songwriter & Producer. The Band Is Also Apart of the Underground Independent Record Label

 21st Century.  Stem started As a Solo Rap Artist and was Active from 2000-2016. That’s the Time When Stem Wrote & Recorded the First Song that would start a New era. “Hardest Times” was Released by Uhs Records Independently without any Disruption then As the Band Was forming The First Project was Put into Production and in September of 2021 the Hardest Times Ep was Released a 5 Song Extended Play By The Band.
