Stawi Camp for WellBeing

Stawi Camp is a space for real, grounded conversations on parenting, family wellbeing, and mental health in the African context.

Led by Dr. Carol Chakua, a counselling psychologist and family wellbeing coach, we offer practical tools, insights, and reflective content to help families thrive, especially in times of change and challenge.

Expect videos on conscious discipline, emotional connection, school success, raising resilient children, co-parenting, and navigating everyday family life with intention.

This space is for you - parent, educator, mental health professional...

We believe in healing, growth, and community, one story, one conversation, one family at a time.
