Stanton & Co

Welcome to Stanton & Co., where we pull back the curtain on residential remodeling. Led by Stanton Pearce, a Fort Worth, Texas general contractor specializing in occupied residential remodeling since 2007 — renovating homes while families keep living in them — our team completes hundreds of projects a year, from kitchens and bathrooms to additions and whole-home transformations.

Here we share what that experience has taught us: choosing materials that hold up, what quality installation looks like (and what to avoid), the construction process from permits to punch list, realistic budgeting, and the decisions that make or break a remodel. Whether you're planning your first renovation, living through one now, in the trades, or just enjoy seeing how homes come together, you'll find practical advice here.

The more you understand going in, the smoother your project runs. New videos regularly — subscribe and follow along as we build, remodel, and get it done right.
