Spirit Lotus Taiji & Qigong

I have been practicing for over 27 years and it's only in the last 5 years I have made the most significant breakthroughs in my own innerstanding.

By meeting and training with the best visionary teachers including Howard Wang of Prana Dynamics, my teacher in China Master Ou Hai Bing. My current Qi Gong mentor is Armand whose channel is Chi Skills on YouTube.

I teach in the UK 🇬🇧 I know whole body connection activates the fascia, energy practices, hermetic techniques are all part of the courses I run.

The forms I practice are Yang, Chen, Hun yuan Tai Chi as well as multiple Qi Gong disciplines, including Primordial qigong, wisdom healing ❤️‍🩹 qigong (zhineng qigong) Hang Yang Ryu Gong, building the ball and so much more, currently writing a book about my experiences in my career as a student and teacher.

My take on tai chi is very different it’s felt, it’s mine, I only teach what I know works.
