Sovern Trades | Terence Grady

Welcome to Sovern Trades.

I’m a former Division 1 athlete who found that same sense of competition, discipline, and fulfillment in the markets.

I’m new to trading — and I’m not pretending otherwise.
This channel documents my journey from the beginning:
the wins, the losses, the mistakes, and the lessons.

I post:
• Daily trading recaps
• Weekly discipline reviews
• Honest reflections on psychology & growth

This isn’t about hype or shortcuts.
It’s about showing up, staying disciplined, and chasing mastery.
