Featuring "The Northern Butcheress" at Songbird Meat Production LLC; a Slaughter/Meat Processing Facility in Maine owned and operated adjacent to the Fourth-generation farm (Est 1890).

Dorothy; Co-Owner/Lead Butcher (The Northern Butcheress)  and her husband Travis (Mr. Songbird); built the facility from the ground-up with so much help from her parents and family. 

The Northern Butcheress; born in Canada, raised in Saint Agatha; had a deep desire to provide, improve, and revitalize our rural Northern Maine community in raising, producing, and processing beef, pork and other foods. She has established a reputation of integrity, hard work, and skill with the craft of work she does. March 9, 2025 we suffered the terrible loss of our younger son, Teddy. He would have loved this and ate this right up. He had the charisma and personality for it. He would be proud of what we continue to do. Our oldest son, Trai; is a talented musician working to leave his mark and legacy.
